Meet
Jen Bambao
Founder & CEO
Jen Bambao is a nonprofit development, entrepreneur and social impact professional with more than 20 years of experience advancing youth, families, and communities. Guided by her faith and grounded in her values, she partners with nonprofits, businesses, and philanthropists to strengthen their impact. She integrates her cross-sector experience with her commitment to create social change, level opportunity, make core connections and empower purpose-driven leaders—especially for women, minorities, and youth.

Rooted in servant leadership, Jen has raised millions for education, workforce development, affordable homeownership and financial literacy through her roles with United Way of Southern Nevada and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas of Southern Nevada and Asian Community Development Council.
Her background also includes entrepreneurship and arts leadership as the founder of Capitol Roots Studio & Productions, a creative space that uplifted young artists in Sacramento. She is also the Founder of Rooted and Rising LV, a community of Filipino-American Entrepreneurs and Leaders ready to connect and build for the next generation. Jen has also served as a Board Member for Positively Arts, Explore Academy, as well as being a Founder and past Board Member of AAPI Chamber and AAPI Chamber Foundation.
Blessed to be a mother of three teenagers, she balances her professional work with family road trips filled listening to music, movie nights full of snacks, and evenings cooking new food recipes and desserts.
